Description
The City requires a Vendor to provide all material, labour and equipment, necessary for outdoor movie viewings. Outdoor movie viewings will begin with a pre-movie activity hosted by City Staff at approximately 7:30 p.m. and the feature movie will start at dusk.
The Successful Bidder is required to have all equipment set-up by 7:30 p.m. per the Outdoor Viewing Schedule.
Services for the outdoor movie viewings include:
· All operational support including transportation and labour costs
· HD Projector and minimum 24’ wide screen
· Blu-Ray and DVD player
· Professional audio system suitable for 500 audience
· Power generator
· Microphone and amplification
The Successful Bidder will be expected to provide all equipment and onsite support staff to secure the screen and operate the outdoor movie viewing.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s).
