Description
This Request for Qualification (RFQ) is issued to determine if there are qualified Applicants interested in, and capable of managing, the design and delivery of employment services within three defined Catchment Areas: Toronto, Northeast and Northwest.

Qualified Applicants from the RFQ stage will be invited to participate in the Call for Proposal (CFP) stage. Following the CFP stage, the ministry intends to enter into a Transfer Payment Agreement (TPA) with one successful Applicant for each defined Catchment Area for an initial three-year term with the ministry’s option to extend the TPA for two additional one-year terms.
