This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Owner of Newmarket (the “Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a software capable of managing case file information for all municipal law enforcement service requests and investigations that is compatible with the administrative monetary penalty system (AMPS) framework as further described in Part IV of the RFP Particulars being (the “Deliverables”). In accordance with Section 3.6, this RFP is non-binding.
