Description
The Legacy Wells Financial Assessment will be primarily based on a desktop review of existing Oil and Gas Legacy well records, risk assessment and a limited field work component. The assessment will include any required pre and post-abandonment and well plugging activities such as environmental site assessment, gas migration monitoring and sampling, site preparation and site rehabilitation costs
