Description
This project involves the supply of all labour, materials, tools and equipment for the installation of a new specified roof system and related components totaling approximately 5700
square feet (approx. 530 square meters) at the Cornwall Puvblic Library as per the specifications herein.
The City is looking for a qualified supplier to complete the removal of existing roof composition and replace it with the new specified roof system, to the full intent of the drawings and specifications provided by Tremco.
Mandatory Site Visit
A mandatory site visit has been organized during which pertinent questions regarding this tender will be addressed and bidders may inspect the site and associated equipment. Tenders shall not be accepted from bidders who do not attend the mandatory site meeting. Bids shall not be accepted from bidders who arrive late at this site meeting or leave prior to the closing of the meeting.
