The Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks is seeking a Vendor to undertake a comprehensive literature review, and perform a detailed cost-benefit analysis, to identify water conservation and efficiency practices that are suited to the Ontario context. The objective is to create a best practices document, based on the research and cost benefit analysis, that promotes sustainable and cost-effective water conservation and efficiency measures, specifically tailored to major water user sectors in Ontario.
The Vendor should have knowledge, skills and expertise in the following areas:
i) Water conservation and efficiency
ii) Economic analysis and cost-benefit analysis
iii) Conducting literature reviews
iv) Industrial, commercial, institutional, agricultural and municipal water use
v) Communicating best practices to users
vi) Ontario’s regulatory regime for water takings and water use.
The Vendor should have knowledge, skills and expertise in the following areas:

Contract duration
