This non-binding Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is for the purpose of qualifying prospective Suppliers for OECM Customers for the acquisition of Environmental Professional Services under the Categories of: (a) Category A - Indoor Environment Professional Services (e.g. survey, assessment and abatement project management services) and (b) Category B - Outdoor Environment Professional Services (e.g. environmental site assessment services).
OECM intends to award one (1) or more Master Agreements to Suppliers, with an initial term of five (5) years with an option in favor of OECM to extend the term on the same terms and conditions for up to three (3) additional years.
