Description
The objective of this RFB is to establish an enterprise-wide VOR arrangement with multiple vendors for the supply and delivery of dairy products, on an as-needed basis, in support of Ontario Public Service (OPS) ministries across the province.
The RFB is structured into sixteen (16) geographic zones and includes one distinct product category: Milk Pouches.
Bidders may submit bids for one or more zones. Each zone will be evaluated and awarded independently.
The Milk Pouches product category is further divided into seven (7) corresponding zones within the Commercial Envelope. Bidders may bid on one or more of these zones, and each zone within this category will also be awarded separately.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 60 month(s).
