These services will augment PHO’s Technology Services (TS) support team and provide advanced product knowledge.
PHO’s TS support team will manage 1st and 2nd tier support and respond to end user requests. The Vendor shall provide tier 3 support that will essentially guide/assist PHO’s TS support team with their tier 2 support.
The term of the agreement is one initial year with an anticipated start date of February 13, 2023, plus one additional one-year term at the option of PHO,.
