Description
The Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA) has issued a Request for Bids (RFB) to find qualified vendors for the provision of excavation of municipal infrastructure and related services within the Renfrew Cluster within Ontario and operated by the Ontario Clean Water Agency (“OCWA”).
