The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time as established by the Research Council of Canada.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Deliverables include, but are not limited to, the supply and delivery of the following 3M reflective materials and ink supplies as listed below:
- Engineering Grade Material – by the roll in various sizes and colours
- Prismatic Material – by the roll in various sizes and colours
- High Intensity Material – by the roll in various sizes and colours
- Repositionable Reflective Material - by the roll in various sizes and colours
- Diamond Grade Material - by the roll in various sizes and colours
- Non-reflective Material - by the roll in various sizes and colours
- Miscellaneous Items – Foam Tape, 3M Thinner
