    Description
    RFB tender_15745 established an OPS enterprise-wide Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement effective July 20, 2022.

    The objective of this Request for Bids (RFB) is to refresh the existing multi-vendor, enterprise Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for Workplace Investigation, Mediation, Restoration, and Training Services for a period of the remainder of the original term (ending July 19, 2025) and two (2) optional extensions, if exercised by Supply Ontario, for one (1) year each.

    Each Bidder may submit a Bid for any of the following Service Categories where that Bidder is not an existing Vendor of Record for the Service Category:

    1. Workplace Investigation Services;
    2. Mediation Services;
    3. Restoration and Workplace Review Services; and
    4. Training Services.

    The services under this VOR arrangement will be available to all OPS ministries. The services will also be made available, on an optional basis, to Non-OPS Entities.

    Contract duration

    The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s).
