Description
The Centre intends to create a Vendor of Record (VOR) for a list of preferred catering firms to provide catering services to the Centre’s Facility Rental Clients. This is a revenue generating procurement. The conferred value of this procurement (based on vendor revenues) for a five-year term (comprised of one three-year term with two single one-year extensions at the option of the Centre) is up to $1.670M. The contract will also generate up to $0.250M in net revenue for the Centre (based on 15% commission from vendor sales).

The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s).
