This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville (“the Counties”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Overseas Recruitment - Health Care Workers, as further described in Section A of Appendix D - RFP PARTICULARS (the “Deliverables”) of the tender document.
