This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Province Prince Edward Island (“the “Province”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Prime Design Consultant Services (“the Services”) as further described through the RFP document. The Province will procure the services of a Prime Design Consultant firm and their team of subconsultants to re-evaluate the functional program and provide the full spectrum of design services.
The Province requests proposals from professional qualified companies to provide Prime Design Consultant Services, for the Mental Health and Addictions Capital Planning and Redevelopment Program of work which is comprised of a campus development and renovations to the existing space in Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH).
