This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Prince Edward Island Energy Corporation (“the “Corporation” or “Owner”) to prospective Proponents (“Contractor”) to submit proposals for the provision of procurement and construction services required for the construction of the seven (7) wind turbine foundations (“Foundations”) of the Eastern Kings Wind Project (Phase 2) a 30-MW wind energy project located in Elmira, Kings County, Prince Edward Island (“The Project”). The Project is further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
