Component 1:
The work includes: Box culvert installation, storm sewer installation, drainage ditch
construction, cold planing asphalt (50mm and full depth), earth excavation, placing select borrow, placing bedding material A, placing granular base A, placing asphalt base A (60 mm), placing asphalt seal B (45 mm), landscaping and all other work necessary to complete the Contract.
Component 2:
The work includes: The supply and installation of sanitary sewer, manholes, water main, and all other work necessary to complete the Contract
