Under the TBIPS Method of Supply, the CBSA has a requirement for two Level 3, Application Software Architects to deliver architectural, conceptual and technical designs for the Beyond the Border projects. TENDERING PROCEDURE This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders who qualified under the Tier 1 Applications Services stream for the following category: A.1 Application/Software Architect (Level 3) In accordance with the TBIPS bid solicitation process, the following SA holders have been invited to submit a proposal: A.Net Solutions Inc. DLS Technology Corporation DONNA CONA INC., IBM CANADA LIMITED IN JOINT VENTURE IBISKA Telecom Inc. Olav Consulting Corp TeraMach Technologies Inc. The Halifax Group TPG Technology Consulting Ltd. TRILLYS SYSTEMS INC Veritaaq Technology House Inc. PERIOD OF THE CONTRACT IT professional services are required for a period of one year from contract award with one one-year option period. NEGOTIATIONS The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
