    Environment Canada is seeking a contractor to carry out the civil engineering work and other work described below on Environment Canada’s (EC) site of the future Salluit Meteorological Station in Salluit, Quebec. 
    Set-aside for Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement(s) Beneficiaries
    
    "This procurement is reserved for beneficiaries of the following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement(s) (CLCA): James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement. under Section 29, paragraph 29.0.31 of the Agreement. It is reserved for persons eligible to be recognized as Inuit under Section 3 of the JBNQA (paragraph 3.2.4, 3.2.5, 3.2.6). Regarding Inuit Aboriginal firms, they must be located north of the 55th parallel, as set out in Section 6 of the JBNQA. 
    
    “Further to Article 1802 of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), AIT does not apply to this procurement.”
