    ITT - Contractor Services – Collection of Landfill Monitoring Data, Yukon Territory and NWT
    
    Defence Construction Canada (DCC) – DLCLFMP2(ISR13) - Invitation to Tender (ITT) for Contractor Services – The Collection of Landfill Monitoring Data, Yukon Territory and the North West Territories (BAR-1, BAR-2, BAR-3, BAR-4, PIN-M, PIN-1).
    
    In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the Yukon Territory and the Northwest Territories, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is requesting Technical Submissions and Price Submissions for services specific to this Department of National Defence (DND) project. 
    
    Technical Submissions must meet the minimum requirements as detailed in the Contractor’s Inuvialuit Participation Plan (CIPP), and receive a minimum overall Technical score of 66% in order to have their Tender Form DCL 150 opened.
    
    Information provided by the Bidders will be evaluated using the established criteria in the ITT. The criteria relate to achievements and experience, technical and managerial expertise.
    
    It is the intention of DCC to award the contract to the compliant Bidder submitting the lowest valid tender. 
    
    Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Technical Submission on the forms that are available from MERX by calling 1-800-964-6379.
    
    To be considered, submissions must be received at the following address, no later than 14:00 hours local time on July 9, 2013.
