    The Royal Canadian Mounted Police L Division (PEI) has a requirement for a contractor to provide Vehicle Equipment Installation services and storage for 15 vehicles on an “as and when requested” basis, as per the Statement of Work at Annex A of the Request for Standing Offer documents. The period of the Standing Offer is anticipated to be from July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014 with two (2) options to extend for two (2) additional 12 month periods.
    
    INQUIRIES: All inquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractual nature are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority: Rosalee Parsons, rosalee.parsons@rcmp-grc.gc.ca, facsimile: (902) 426-4290. 
    
    Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. Inquiries made via telephone will not be responded to.
    
    The estimated cost of this procurement is between $100,001.00 - $250,000.00.
    
    Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain tender documents through the MERX services provider. Amendments, if issued, will be available from the MERX provider. Firms that elect to base their bids on tender documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their intention to bid. 
    
    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any suppliers on any procurement.
    
    Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
    
    This procurement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), the World Trade Organization – Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), Canada - Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA) and Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement.
