    Roof replacement and structural stabilization of cultural resource (tower) at Fort Mississauga National Historic Site of Canada in Niagara on-the-Lake, Ontario
    
    SITE LOCATION: Fort Mississauga, 143 Front Road, Niagara on-the-Lake, ON
    
    MANDATORY SITE MEETING: THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY SITE VISIT ON: June 12, 2013 at 1:00 pm EDST.
    
    Interested bidders are to meet at 143 Front Street, Niagara on the Lake, Ontario. Parking for this meeting is located on Simcoe Street at the parking area identified on the cover sheet of the drawing package.
    
    The building is closed to the public for safety reasons. Every one visiting the building interior must wear hard hats and steel toe boots.
    
    The site visit for this project is MANDATORY. The representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be accepted.

    Contractors must have $5,000,000.00 Liability Insurance Coverage.
