TITLE: Boiler Options Analysis at CFIA Burnaby Laboratory, 3155 Willingdon Green, Burnaby, British C Objective: The principal objective of the project is to provide CFIA with an option analysis that will identify a minimum of three (3) plausible options for replacing the boilers to meet the building’s heating requirements. Each option must include costs associated with design development and construction. Each option will encompass all aspects of design development, tender, demolition, construction, and commissioning in order to conform to the criteria specified in applicable codes and standards, contract documents and manufacturer’s instructions.
