    The Department of Public Works and Government Services, on
    behalf of National Research Council Canada, has a requirement
    for the supply and delivery of a 5 ton heavy truck in accordance
    with the requirement description/specifications detailed in
    Annex "A".
    
    Quantity 1 ea.
    
    Delivery date highly desirable on or before September 28, 2013.
    
    To be delivered to Ottawa, Ontario.
    
    
    DEBRIEFINGS:
    After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
    results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the
    request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of
    receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
    debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
