Description
The National Capital Commission (NCC) is soliciting Bids from Property Management firms to provide management services for its portfolio of Commercial, Multi-Residential and Land properties. The current contract for these services expires on March 31, 2014 and the NCC is now proceeding with this public Request for Proposals (RFP) for the provision of Real Estate Management Services for a portfolio of rental properties after the expiry of the current Contract, but including a transition period, of 90 days, prior to April 2014. Proposals will be received until 3pm Ottawa time on July 31, 2013 at the National Capital Commission, Attn. Allan Lapensée, 3rd Floor Service Centre, 40 Elgin Street, Ottawa, Ontario, K1P 1C7, reference tender file #AL1428. Faxed or late submissions will not be accepted. This procurement process is subject to Chapter 10 of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA)
