Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC) is seeking Procurement Specialist services on an “as and when requested basis”, to assist clients in the preparation and review of statements of work and evaluation criteria.

These services will be required from date of contract award to May 31, 2014 with two (2) option periods of twelve (12) months.
