    Description
    Work under this contract is situated in Gatineau Park, Quebec, and is defined as follows:
    	
    Mont King Trail rehabilitation;
    
    Demolition – removal of wooden beams and of a wooden stair section and other debris.
    
    Drainage trench – excavation and compaction of a transversal drainage trench 
    
    Stone dust trail – excavation, ground compaction and stone dust surfacing with a rip-rap border.
    
    Rip-rap – relocating boulders, installing stones steps 
    
    Wooden stairs – construction of stairs and landings.
    
    Boardwalk and railing– construction of wooden boardwalks and railings. 
    
    Wooden beam steps – installation of steps inlaid in the ground. 
    
    Log obstacle – installation of wood logs on the ground.
    
    Signs – installation of pathway signs.
    
    Protection of forest and environment.
    
    Levelling of excavation materials around the intervention.
    
    Site restoration and seeding
    
    A NON MANDATORY site visit will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at 10am Ottawa time. The exact meeting place is the intersection of the Lac Fortune parkway and the Champlain parkway, Gatineau Park, Chelsea, Qc. All costs incurred by the Bidder to attend the site visit will be at their expense. The NCC will not reimburse any Bidder for expenses related to the site visit. Please contact Tony Fares at 613-239-5678 ext. 5573 to confirm your attendance at this NON MANDATORY site visit and to gain access to the grounds
