Helicopter Services for Aerial Broadcast Rat Eradication in Gwaii Haanas National Park Reserve, BC

Parks Canada desires to facilitate the ecological restoration of Murchison and Faraday Islands to restore nesting seabird habitat through the eradication of invasive black rats. The work includes provision of helicopter services and associated equipment to undertake preparation for, and aerial broadcast of, a cereal-grain bait containing a rodenticide to two (2) islands (~730 ha) within the Gwaii Haanas National Park Reserve, Haida Gwaii, British Columbia.

The successful Bidder shall complete the Work on or before October 30, 2013.

Solicitation closes at 2:00PM Mountain Daylight Time on July 10, 2013.
