CYBER PROTECTION SUPPLY ARRANGEMENT (CPSA) REQUIREMENT This requirement is for: Transport Canada This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders against the CPSA who qualified under the category Comprehensive IT Security Risk Management Services of Stream No 2. One (1) resource: Senior IT Security Threat and Risk Assessment (TRA) Analyst PWGSC File no. W2213-050347 One (1) contract will be awarded. Request for proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed directly from the contracting officer to the Qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who are invited to bid on this requirement. Inquiries regarding this RFP are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority listed below: File Number: T8080-130035 Contracting Authority: Céline Chartrand Phone Number: 613-991-0768 Fax Number: 613-991-0854 E-Mail: celine.chartrand@tc.gc.ca Description of the requirement: The scope of this project will be primarily focused on representative major ports and facilities within Canada (e.g. Vancouver, Prince Rupert, Montreal and/or Halifax). The resource is to research and identify vulnerabilities and risks related to cyber security in Canada’s maritime sector and recommend mitigation strategies. Project will include a literature review, interviews with key maritime stakeholders and industry leaders (both government and private sector), a study of current practices related to cyber-security awareness and resilience in the maritime sector (with comparison to those being undertaken in other industrial modes), a high level inventory of cyber/digital processes in the maritime sector and a gaps analysis. In particular, the study will focus on ports, vessels and major terminal operations. NOTE: Method of Supply is refreshed on an annual basis.
