(refer to technical specification - PDF file) Work under this contract is to reclad the Research Building with new brick masonry veneer and repair the exterior EIFS-clad walls of the Radar Building. Repairs are required to address existing deterioration and correct problems associated with water ingress into the building envelope. This work will be carried out in three phases: Phase one for the Radar Building and two separate phases for the Research Building all to be carried out within the same period to facilitate minimum interference to Radar operations and staff occupied in the offices. Further details are contained in the project plans and specifications. MANDATORY SITE VISIT : Interested bidders are invited to meet at the site visit on: July 4th 2013 at 10h30 am (Eastern Daylight Time) at the following address: 14780 Jane Street, King City (Ontario) The estimated cost for this opportunity is between $ 100,001.00 - $ 250,000.00 INQUIRIES: All enquiries regarding this tender, are to be submitted in writing to the Contractual Authority, Isabelle Guilbault by fascimile (514) 496-3822 or by e-mail at isabelle.guilbault@ec.gc.ca.
