Description
Royal Canadian Mounted Police have a requirement for a Standing Offer Agreement to provide maintenance services in New Brunswick. Work under this Standing Offer Agreement comprises the furnishings of all labour, material, equipment, tools and supervision required to provide various maintenance services including, but not limited to, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, welding etc. on an as and when requested basis. The period for placing call-ups and rendering services against this Standing Offer is from August 1, 2013 to July 31, 2014 inclusive with two (2) options to extend the term of the Standing Offer, each for an additional twelve (12) month period. INQUIRIES: All inquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractual nature, are to be submitted to the Contractual Authority: JANINE MYERS telephone (902) 720-5107, facsimile (902) 426-3186. Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
