Manpower Services Canada Limited o/a Experis/ManpowerGroup Description of the requirement: The overall objective is to acquire the professional services of five (5) Project Manager - level 3, on an “as and when requested” basis, to manage and coordinate the following activities for various HC approved projects: • The investigation(s) of detailed functional specifications through meeting and workshops with clients and Information Management Services Division (IMSD) for development and update of business requirement document, business cases, project gating documentation; • The development of strategies and documentation associated with migration of information, staff training and support of new IT solution; • The design, development and client validation for IT solution related to HECSB projects and initiatives; • The participation in the change management process to ensure the scope of the release(s) is as defined by the release plan • The participation in the change management process to provide guidance on managing changes in a rational and predictable manner so that employees accept the new processes and tools and can plan accordingly. The deliverables will assist HC and HECSB staff be more efficient and improve service standard to Canadians and cope with changing regulations. The projects and initiatives are departmental priority projects and the proposed resources are required to augment the existing HECSB project staff and HC application development team. Proposed period of contract: The proposed period of contract shall be from date of contract award to March 31, 2014 and two (2) option periods of one year.
