Blue Combat Trousers, Poly/Cotton The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a firm quantity of two thousand one hundred and seventy five (2175) Blue Combat Trousers, Poly/Cotton. There is an option quantity of five hundred (500) Blue Combat Trousers, Poly/Cotton that can be exercised up to 24 months from contract award. In addition, there is an “as and when” requested requirement for Specials (which are made-to-measure garments) for Blue Combat Trousers, Poly/Cotton of up to twenty five (25), and can be ordered within 24 months of contract award. In addition, there is an “as and when requested” requirement for a quantity of up to two hundred and fifty (250) regular size Blue Combat Trousers, Poly/Cotton (flexible stock). Flexible stock can be ordered within 24 months of contract award. All quantities are to be delivered to Ottawa, Ontario. The firm quantity is requested to be delivered to Ottawa, Ontario 45 days following approval of the pre-production sample. This requirement is to be supplied in accordance with RCMP Specification G.S. 1045-189 dated 2013-06-12 and viewing sample. The specification document can be found attached to the RFP. Government available material must be purchased for this requirement at the cost stated in the RFP document. The RCMP Viewing Sample will only be available to bidders requested to submit a pre-award sample. This requirement is subject to AIT but is exempt from NAFTA and WTO-AGP, FSC-84. This requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian Goods. The successful bidder will be based upon the lowest priced, technically compliant proposal. The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
