    Description
    The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA, Training and Development Directorate (TDD), Human Resources (HR) Branch requires professional services to convert existing CBSA classroom courses to technology-based learning formats.  In addition, services will be required to update and re-design existing classroom courses in preparation for technology-based conversion.
    
    Services are to be provided on an as-and-when-requested basis through the issuance of Task Authorizations (TAs) by the following resource categories: 
     
    •	Intermediate Instructional Designer;
    •	Senior Custom eLearning Product Programmer;
    •	Senior Rapid eLearning Product Programmer; and 
    •	Junior Tester.
    
    Services are to be provided from contract award to September 30, 2014, with the option to extend the resulting Contract for one additional six month option period.
