Description
The objective of this contract is to obtain resources to aid in the development of the GC Enterprise ICAM architecture, policies, and processes. The work will consist of defining and elaborating the GC Enterprise ICAM architecture and process as well as defining and writing supporting policies. Consultations with departments and particularly lead security agencies will occur, in order to ensure that the finished products meet the needs of the whole GC. The objectives of the GC Enterprise ICAM architecture is to provide cost savings across the GC, to provide improved user experience and user efficiency, to enhance the security posture of the GC, and to provide greater control of privacy for users of the system.
