P.1 Change Management Consultant Services, Level 3
P.7 Project Coordinator, Level 2
B.1 Instructor, IT, Level 2

Description of the requirement:

Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada and Health Canada (HC) are partnering in a horizontal systems initiative to: move Health Portfolio’s grants and contributions management to AANDC’s grants and contributions management system; and move AANDC’s financial and material management to HC’s SAP financial and material management system. The partnership results in the following two projects:

–	Grants and Contributions Systems Project: 
	Migration from HC’s grants and contributions management systems to AANDC’s grants and contributions management system.

–	Financial Management Systems Project:
	Migration from AANDC’s Oracle financial system and related systems interfaces to HC’s SAP financial system.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from contract award to March 31, 2014 with one Option Period.
