The Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) wishes to enter into a contract agreement with a vendor(s) (hereafter referred to as the “proponent(s)”) for the purpose of undertaking a study to determine potential future uses of the two buildings that comprise the Emily Carr University of Art + Design (ECUAD) located on Granville Island in Vancouver, British Columbia.  
	
	The value of this service is expected to range from $75,000.00 to $110,000.00 CDN, including all applicable taxes.

	Your tender must be received at the exact location specified in the document on or before the submission deadline set as:
	2:00 P.M. EDT, local Ottawa time, on October 2, 2013
