Description
The intent is to provide CFIA with improved efficiency and functionality of operations optimization of laboratory spaces to accommodate increase testing capacity, the separation of scientific work areas, and the incorporation of vacated office space into the current science based complement. The object is to provide CFIA with functional program and pre-planning analysis, suitable to be used as support documentation for Treasury Board submission and ultimately the tender for design development. The project will encompass all aspects of functional planning, engineered analysis/concept design and cost estimating.
