TBS requires the services of up to five (5) Organizational design & Classification Consultants and one (1) Staffing Consultant to perform HR and classification services on an as needed basis to the Service and GC 2.0 Policy and Community Enablement Division for the updating and creation of new tools to reflect the CIO organizational transformation.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

The Task and Solutions Based Professional Services (TSPS) Method of Supply is a result of a
formal competitive process which was established as a result of extensive consultations with
industry. The Method of Supply provides suppliers with an on-going opportunity to become prequalified
