This requirement is open only to those Task Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Supply Arrangement under Tier 1 Stream Holders who qualified under the Task-Based Informatics Professional Services. The RFP is issued against the (TBIPS) Supply Arrangements (SA) PWGSC file number EN578-055605. All terms and conditions of the SA apply and must be incorporated into any resulting contract. On July 12, 2012, the Government of Canada invoked the National Security Exception under Canada's domestic and international trade agreements in respect of procurements related to email, networks and data centres for Shared Services Canada. As a result, this requirement is subject to the National Security Exception. The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal: 1. Design Group Staffing Inc (o/a The People Bank, a division of Design Group Staffing Inc.) 2. Turtle Technologies Inc. 3. EQUASION BUSINESS TECHNOLOGIES CONSULTING INC. (o/a Equasion ) 4. MODIS CANADA INC. 5. IBM Canada Ltd. 6. TPG Technology Consulting Ltd. Note: The incumbent has been invited to participate in the solicitation process. Description of the requirement: Shared Services Canada (SSC) requires the services of the following categories of personnel. # TBIPS Resource Category and Level: I.6 - Network Analyst – Level 3 I.9 – System Administrator – Level 2 P.6 - Project Administrator – Level 2 Language Requirement: English Security Level: Enhanced Reliability Number of Resources: I.6 - Network Analyst – One (1) I.9 – System Administrator – Three (3) P.6 - Project Administrator – One (1) The Contractor will provide the services on an "as and when requested" basis in accordance with the Contract. Proposed period of contract: The resulting Contract will begin at the contract award date and will end on September 30, 2014 with one (1) additional twelve-month option period.
