Description
Parks Canada Agency operates two Dispatch Centres located in Jasper and Banff respectively.  
We now have a requirement to align the dispatch service with the needs of its clients, update its tools and processes and ensure an appropriate level of redundancy is developed and maintained.    

Assistance is required with the selection, and implementation of a commercial off-the-shelf CAD system that best meets the identified requirements and that fits in with any financial constraints.  Parks Canada is also seeking recommendations on service governance, organizational structure and common business processes that will support the operation of Dispatch as a single service with 2 locations.
