    Description
    SECURITY REQUIEREMENT
    There is a security requirement associated with the requirement. For additional information, consult Part 5 – Security and insurance Requirements, and Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses.
    
    MANDATE
    The mandate is to provide the necessary personnel for the operation of the ticket counter and offer customer service for people visiting the museum and to meet the needs of the Biosphere. 
    
    TERME OF THE CONTRACT
    The term of the contract is one year from the contract award date.
    
    The contractor gives Environment Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the contract for a maximum of three (3) additional periods of one year each, based on the same conditions.
