Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) wishes to enter into a contract with a vendor for the purpose of developing and executing CMHC’s 2014 Ethno marketing outreach campaign promoting CMHC’s role in providing new Canadians with relevant and simplified housing-related information. The dollar value of this contract is not expected to exceed $175,000 (taxes included) with a maximum of 20% allocated to agency fees including media plan and execution as well as measurement and analysis. The remaining 80% will be allocated to media buy. All work must be completed by December 31, 2014. Your offer MUST be received at the exact location as specified above on or before the submission deadline set as: 2:00 p.m. EST on November 8, 2013 Please note that CMHC will not distribute solicitation documents that are posted on buyandsell.gc.ca. Suppliers must download the solicitation document and attachments directly from the tender page.
