NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT This requirement is only open to the following pre-qualified suppliers under the Task and Solutions Based Professional Services (TSPS). Furthermore, this requirement is a set aside for aboriginal suppliers in accordance with the procurement strategy for aboriginal business. TASK BASED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES - (TSPS) REQUIREMENT E60ZN-090002 File No.IC 401322 TIER 1 (< $2M) Requirement: This requirement is for the department of Industry Canada This requirement is for Change Management Class for the services one (1) business process consultant (Level 2). It is anticipated that one contract will be awarded as a result of this Request for Proposal. The department of Industry Canada requires the services of a business process consultant (level 2) to conduct a readiness assessment of the Procure to Pay Business Process (BP). The services will be required for a period commencing from contract award to March 31st, 2014. This requirement is open only to the following aboriginal companies who qualified under the stated consultant categories, level of expertise, security level, region and tier: - ADRM Technology Consulting Group Corp. - ADRM Technology Group Corp./Randstad Interim Inc. - A Hundred Answers Inc. - Auguste Solutions and Associates Inc. - Callihoo Consulting Group Inc - Dalian Enterprises and Coradix Technology Consulting, in Joint Venture - Donna Cona Inc. - IT Services Canada Inc. - Naut’sa mawt Resources Group Inc. - Orbis Risk Consulting Inc. - Transpolar Technology Corporation and The Halifax Computer Consulting Group in Joint Venture - Turtle Technologies Inc. - Turtle Technologies Inc. and SOMOS Consulting Group Ltd. In Joint Venture Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed directly, from the contracting officer, to the Qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this requirement.
