The Evaluation Directorate of the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) and Health Canada (HC) are seeking consulting services to conduct an evaluation of First Nations and Inuit Communicable Disease Control and Management Programs (CDCM) to be completed by September 30, 2014. 
As per Health Canada’s 5-Year Departmental Evaluation Plan, the evaluation for the CDCM Programs is required for final approval in 2014-15. The last CDCM evaluation, approved by Health Canada in November 2010, examined the period from 2005-06 to 2007-08, with limited data from 2008-09. Therefore, this evaluation is to cover the period April 2008 to March 2014 to ensure full coverage of the program funding and compliance with the Financial Administration Act. For fiscal 2013/14, limited qualitative data and financial data are expected to be available for inclusion in the evaluation.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

The Task and Solutions Based Professional Services (TSPS) Method of Supply is a result of a formal competitive process which was established as a result of extensive consultations with industry.
