Work for this project involves the renovation of four (4) two storey CC style units with a gross floor area of 90 square metres, located in the residential site of CFB Trenton. The work for this project comprises of, but is not limited to, interior renovations to kitchen, dining room, living room, bedrooms, an addition of a powder room and second floor dormer to accommodate a new bathroom. It also includes hazardous materials, drywall replacement and upgrades to insulation, mechanical and electrical systems.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $440,000.00

This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Agreement on Internal Trade.
