NSPA – PROVISION OF FORCE PROTECTION EQUIPMENT FOR NATO SOUTHERN OPERATING CENTRE (SOC) IN TARANTO, ITALY

Canadian companies interested in this opportunity must be nominated by the Joint Delegation of Canada to NATO.  Note deadline of 06 December 2013 to contact the Joint Delegation of Canada, quoting Opportunity # 36/13.

Further Details:  The requirement is for the provision Force Protection Equipment including the following four (4) sub-projects:
1.	5HQ27011-1A  -  Blast Protection Barrier
2.	5HQ27011-1B  -  Exterior Security Fence
3.	5HQ27011-1C  -  Electronic Security System
4.	5HQ27011-1D   -  Access Control Point
Security Classification: NATO UNCLASSIFIED

Potential Bidders:  Must be from a participating NATO country.

Comments:  Some additional optional equipment may also be procured.  No follow on services are envisioned at this stage, however, offers to provide extra services are included. Please note that the actual quantities to be included in the Invitation for Bid may vary slightly from those specified in this NOI.  Requests for optional requirements will be included.  The envisioned bidding method is “One Step International Competitive Procedure”.  No partial offers will be entertained.

Delivery Date:  NSPA intends to issue the Invitation for Bid (IFB) not before 10 December 2013.  Delivery scheduled 12 months after contract award. 
Estimated Value of Contract:  8,950,000 EURO
