This requirement is for: Department of National Defence (DND) This requirement is open only to those Independent Reviewer Services Supply Arrangement (IRSSA) Holders who are qualified in the specific categories required. The RFP is issued against the (IRS) Supply Arrangements (SA) PWGSC file number 24062-080452/B. All terms and conditions of the SA apply & shall be incorporated into any resulting contract. Description of requirement The Department of National Defence’s (DND) Military Personnel Management Capability Transformation (MPMCT) project requires the services of an Independent Project Review Team Leader to conduct a third party Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS) Full Gate 5 Review. Category of Personnel Number of resources Review Team Leader 1 Proposed period of contract The period of the Contract is from the date of Contract award to 28 March 2013 inclusive.
