Description
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Divisional Stores have a requirement for a firm quantity of 427,500 Tamperproof Evidence Bags of various sizes. 

Additionally, there is an optional quantity of up to 427,500 Tamperproof Evidence Bags of various sizes which can be exercised within 12 months of contract award.

Firm quantities are to be delivered to RCMP Divisional Stores locations across Canada. Firm quantities are requested to be delivered 45 days following approval of the pre-production sample.
 
This requirement is to be supplied in accordance with RCMP Purchase Description PD-IE-02 dated 2013-09-27, and viewing sample. The Purchase Description can be found attached to the RFP.

The RCMP Viewing Sample will only be available to bidders requested to submit a pre-award sample.

This requirement is subject to AIT, NAFTA, and WTO-AGP.

The successful bidder will be determined based upon the lowest priced, technically compliant proposal.

 The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
