This requirement is for the Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency. This requirement is open only to those invited SBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1, Domain #8 – Managed Services. The Bell Telephone Company of Canada or Bell Canada/La Compagnie de Téléphone Bell du Canada ou Bell Canada Description of the requirement: The Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency has a requirement to acquire an externally hosted case management solution, utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and Microsoft SharePoint 2013 technologies, via a “Software as a Service” (SaaS) access and licensing model. The Supplier will be required to provide a fully-hosted solution at a Canadian location inclusive of infrastructure service provisioning, data storage and management, infrastructure-related support services; as well as the implementation of the Environmental Assessment Management System (EAMS) application according to the Agency’s requirement specifications and EAMS solution support post-application launch, aligned to the 90 day System Warranty period. Proposed period of contract: Proposed contract period shall be from date of award to January 31, 2016. NOTE: Solutions-Based Informatics Professional Services (SBIPS) Method of Supply is refreshed on a quarterly basis.
